What we collect

• Buyer data: name, contact email, FIFA-account email, phone (optional), and order details. The FIFA-account email is shared with the seller of your order so they can transfer the ticket.
• Seller data: name, email, payout details (handled by Stripe).
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP, browser, and basic analytics for site improvement.

How we use it

To process orders, transfer tickets, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
